Hycross will reach the Indian Dealerships by mid-Jan 2023 and deliveries starting from February. A total of 5 variants of Hycross are launched by Toyota in India which are; GX, G, VX, ZX and ZX (O) with the hybrid version of the vehicle. Hycross will be available in both 7 and 8 seater variations.
The car comes with a standard warranty of 3 years/1 Lakh Km. Toyota is also offering an additional optional warranty of up to 5 years. The hybrid battery comes with a warranty of 8 years or 1,60,000 Km.
Vehicle Specifications:
Hycross still carries in itself the SUV roots and takes it to next step. In terms of design, there is new big front grille with sleek LED headlamps. The grille gives the car an aggressive look from the front. Hycross also features new 18-inch wheels which gives it a better look. At the back, the car features wrap-around LED tail lamps.
For Interiors, the car gets two new fresh colors; Black and Dark Chestnut. Hycross comes a 10.1 inch infotainment system which powers the 9 speaker JBL audio system. Hycross has other key features like dual-zone climate control, panoramic sunroof, and powered 2nd row seats for more comfort.
The car also features mood lighting and powered tailgate. In terms of comfort, certainly Toyota has not left any stone unturned. Innova has always been the pioneer for quality driving and comfort experience. Hycross plans to live to upto that reputation.
The Engine:
In power, a 2.0 litre hybrid engine will power the Hycross. The same promises an unbelievable average of 21.1 kmpl and further, a range of 1097 km on full tank. Toyota promises that the Hycross can clock 0-100kmph in 9.5 seconds. These number are comparatively better than other cars in the segment.
These are basically very strong figures in terms of performance and economic feasibility. We will have to see how the car actually performs on the tough and challenging Indian roads.

In terms of size, the Hycross is 20 mm longer, 20 mm wider and offers a 100 mm longer wheelbase in comparison to the regular Innova Crysta.
The Hycross will be available in 7 color options, Super white, Attitude Black Mica , Platinum White Pearl, Silver Metallic etc.
