Stream Airways should go through the entire certificate cycle to get back its grant to work – known as the Air Operator’s Permit (AOP) – after the Directorate General of Civil Aviation didn’t endorse the carrier’s solicitation for an exclusion from the system.
“The carrier should go through the entire interaction beginning with demonstrating flights, where the aircraft should show its capacity to work trips with authorities and working team ready,” said an administration official, who would have rather not been distinguished.
The solicitation for exception was dismissed as there was no different arrangement for the reestablishment of flying permit and the ongoing DGCA rules expect carriers to go through the entire cycle.
