Russian President Vladimir Putin Survived Assassination Attempt 2 Months Ago: Report

Russian President Vladimir Putin endure a death endeavor, a Ukrainian military authority has said. The confirmation comes in the midst of the continuous Russia-Ukraine struggle, which has escalated, and tales whirling around Mr Putin’s wellbeing.

As per Major General Kyrylo Budanov, head of the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine, the “fruitless” endeavor occurred in the Caucasus – a locale between the Black Sea and the Caspian Sea – soon after Russia attacked Ukraine on February 24.

He talked about the occurrence to Ukrainska Pravda.

“There was an endeavor to kill Putin… He was even gone after, it is said, by agents of the Caucasus, not very far in the past,” Mr Budanov was cited as saying by the Ukrainian outlet.

“This is non-public data. (It was an) Absolutely ineffective endeavor, however it truly worked out… It was around 2 months prior,” he added.

Ukrainska Pravda said that the full meeting with Mr Budanov will be broadcasted on Tuesday.

The case has not been checked, yet comes a long time after reports arose that Mr Putin went through a medical procedure to eliminate liquid from his midsection.

The activity “worked out positively and without intricacies”, the Express report said, crediting the data to Telegram station General SVR connected to Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Service.

Further, an oligarch with close connections to the Russian chief has apparently been recorded as saying “Putin is exceptionally sick with blood malignant growth”.

Recently, in a meeting with Sky News, Mr Budanov anticipated that the Ukraine war would arrive at a defining moment by mid-August and be over before the current year’s over, prompting change of authority in Russia.
