Militants Thursday jumped into an administration office in focal Kashmir’s Budgam locale and lethally shot a Kashmiri Pandit worker — the third assault against the minority local area in the Valley this year.
Police said Rahul Bhat, an income division official at the tehsil office in Chadoora, was taken to an emergency clinic where he capitulated to his wounds. They said two aggressors were associated with the assault and that Bhat was shot point clear with a gun.
