RR vs CSK Highlights: Rajasthan beat Chennai by 32 runs to go top of the table.

The Royals won the game by 32 runs after Dube was out on the final ball of the game after making 52 off of 33.

The Rajasthan Royals reached 202/5, the first time any side has done so in an IPL game at the Sawai Man Singh Stadium, thanks in large part to Yashasvi Jaiswal’s 77 off 43 balls and some outstanding finishing from Dhruv Jurel and Devdutt Padikkal. Chennai Super Kings’ response was to have difficulty being competitive in their pursuit. Before Adam Zampa took the second of three wickets, Ruturaj Gaikwad had made 47 off 29 balls. Ajinkya Rahane, CSK’s main threat, was out for 15 off 13 balls, leaving them to wait for a magical partnership from Ravindra Jadeja and Shivam Dube.

Dube saving the game in RR vs CSK:

Until around halfway through the 19th over, Dube kept them engaged. At that point, it was practically impossible for CSK to pursue it. The Royals won the game by 32 runs after Dube was out on the final ball of the game after making 52 off of 33. CSK’s innings concluded at 170/6. The Rajasthan Royals dominated the powerplay earlier thanks in large part to Jaiswal, who slammed his way to a half-century off just 26 balls. Jos Buttler decided to let Jaiswal take the lead, and they scored 64 runs in the first six overs.

RR skipper Sanju Samson followed Buttler in falling shortly after. After Jaiswal’s innings ended, RR briefly had trouble maintaining their run rate. Devdutt Padikkal and Dhruv Jurel provided RR a strong finish, elevating them to a score of 202/5, therefore it was only a brief situation. As RR scored a total of 63 runs in the final five overs, the pair put up 48 runs off 20 balls for the fifth wicket. With the victory, the Royals have reclaimed first place in the standings.

RR vs CSK, how other teams are affected:

Gujarat Titans are at 2nd place now and CSK just below them. Which gives these 3 teams the most chances to easily qualify to the playoffs. Mumbai Indians, which has always been a strong team is currently struggling at 8th position of 10. Chances for Mumbai look highly impossible. Delhi and Hyderabad are the last two teams and only winning almost every match they play now can help them move significantly up in the table.
