The Indian Cricket Team Win T20 Series Against New Zealand.

India wins the series against New Zealand (1-0) after last match concludes with a draw because of rain.

Today’s a good day for the Indian cricket fans as the Indian Cricket Team has won the IND vs NZ T20 series. This win was a must after the recent knockout of India in the Semi Final of T20 World Cup against England.

The series win is much needed morale boost for both the fans and players of the Indian Cricket Team. Recently, there has been a lot of questions on the ability of players after the knockout in the World Cup. The New Zealand series is like a sigh of relief that our team is in good hands.

This series was important for Indian Team as it had to figure out what went wrong in the T20 World Cup. The World Cup proved that it’s not enough to have 2-3 players who will get in the big runs or wickets for you. It is important to have a balanced team in order to win the bigger matches and tournaments.

Players like SuryaKumar Yadav and Arshdeep Singh have proved their worth in terms of being reliable on ground. SuryaKumar’s steady run rate and Arshdeep’s reliable and on point balling is much needed for India.

Players like Rishab Pant and Rohit Sharma must work out on their current forms. Even though they are good batsmen, they tend to lack behind when it comes to fielding. When a good batsman doesn’t score good runs in a match, he must cover-up by saving plenty runs while fielding.

With IPL coming soon, Indian players have a good opportunity to work on their forms. Not only will this benefit them in IPL, but also the future series and World Cup in 2023.
