Heart Attack Trends on Twitter after Several People Suffer from it.

Heart attack trends on Twitter after many young people suffer from it these days. Is it aftermath of Covid or something else?

We often take our health for granted and lead unhealthy lifestyles. However, recently, people who have been living healthy lifestyles have been targets of Heart Attack. This is of more worry as most of the people suffering are below 25. Mainly 23 year olds are suffering from heart diseases like this.

The worrying part is people who are healthy, eat a balanced diet and exercise are also suffering from the same. This raises the question that what are people doing wrong even after leading a healthy life.

What do Doctors say?

Doctors across the World are reporting a rise in global heart disease related deaths. This is mainly because of complications left by Covid-19. India accounts for almost one-fifth of the heart diseases death globally.

Doctors believe this can be because of unhealthy lifestyle, unbalanced diet, stress, drinking and smoking.

Cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) include coronary heart disease, cerebrovascular illness, peripheral arterial disease, rheumatic heart disease, congenital heart disease, deep vein thrombosis, and pulmonary embolism among other conditions affecting the heart and blood vessels.
According to reports, men are more likely than women to experience these heart issues. According to the Indian Heart Association, 50% of all heart attacks in Indian men happen before the age of 50. 25% happen before the age of 40. Even among those who are just a little older than 45, cardiovascular disease is highly prevalent.

The Reasons:

Doctors frequently list unhealthy lifestyle choices, an imbalanced diet, stress, smoking, and alcohol use as some of the main causes of cardiac disease in younger individuals.
According to medical professionals, diabetes may also be a major factor in young people’s heart illnesses. According to reports, among other nations, India has the highest percentage of diabetic patients. Doctors say it can also be the aftermath of Covid-19 as we yet don’t know the long term implications. Heart Attack can be one of them.

How to Prevent it:

The best way to prevent heart attacks is to get yourself regularly checked by doctors. If a disease is caught early, it can be treated without much danger. It is important to have a healthy lifestyle. One must eat healthy food and do moderate exercise atleast 3-4 times a week. We must also give up on our unhealthy habits like smoking and drinking. These are some important steps we must take to prolong our lives.
