Mouni Roy made her Cannes debut this year and showed off her first look on the French Riviera. She stepped into the event in a yellow Atelier Zuhra gown with sunglasses. Fans called her stunning and hailed the yellow gown as ‘sunshine’.
Mouni Roy’s style at Cannes
The actress wore a dramatic yellow gown from Atelier Zuhra and a sexy black number from Tarik Ediz. The designer, Akshay Tyagi styled her look for the film festival.
The yellow sunshine gown from Atelier Zuhra featured a one-shouldered detail with a large bow on the back and a cascading train. She finished off the look with a pair of sunglasses.
On Instagram, Mouni posted pictures from her Cannes photoshoot and wrote, “Bonjour Cannes.” The actor posed on a terrace in her yellow one-shoulder gown by Atelier Zuhra. In a few photos, she also wore sunglasses.

For her second look, Mouni wore a mermaid-esque black gown from Tarik Ediz. The strapless gown featured cinch detailing and she didn’t wear any accessories with the look.
Mouni also attended the photocall in this black gown. She tied her hair in a low ponytail and also sported a pair of black sunglasses with the gown.
Before she left for the film festival, Mouni had said in a statement, “I am exhilarated to announce my debut at the prestigious Cannes Film Festival.
