The Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 will kickstart on March 31 in Ahmedabad with defending champions Gujarat taking on four-time champions Chennai at the Narendra Modi Stadium. This is the 16th edition of the cash-rich league.
The IPL is returning back to its original format — home and away — after a hiatus of three years and in total 74 matches will be played. The IPL 2023 final will be played on May 28.
