Pushpa 2: The Rule Box Office Collection Day 4 – ₹527 Crore Weekend for Allu Arjun’s Blockbuster 

The highly anticipated ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’, directed by Sukumar and starring Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna, and Fahadh Faasil, hit theaters on December 5, following paid premieres on December 4. As per Sacnilk.com, the film has grossed an estimated ₹527 crore net in India by the end of its first weekend.

Paid Premieres (Dec 4): ₹10.65 crore  

Opening Day (Dec 5): ₹164.25 crore  

Friday (Day 2): ₹93.8 crore  

Saturday (Day 3): ₹119.25 crore  

Sunday (Day 4): ₹140 crore (approx.)  

This takes the 4-day India net collection to ₹527.95 crore, with Sunday seeing a notable rise compared to Saturday’s numbers.

Records and Milestones  

Biggest Opening for an Indian Film: ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’ recorded the highest-grossing opening day for any Indian film, including the highest for a Hindi-dubbed release.  

Unique Dual Language Milestone: It became the first film to gross over ₹50 crore in two languages on the same day.  

Fastest to ₹600 Crore Worldwide: The film crossed ₹600 crore globally in just three days, a record for Indian cinema.  

About ‘Pushpa: The Rule’

A sequel to the 2021 hit ‘Pushpa: The Rule’, this installment continues the story of Pushpa Raj (Allu Arjun) as he leads a red sandalwood smuggling syndicate. Rashmika Mandanna reprises her role as Srivalli, Pushpa’s wife, while Fahadh Faasil’s Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat seeks revenge.  

Despite receiving mixed reviews from critics and audiences, the film’s strong business performance was aided by a first-week ticket price hike. With its record-breaking start, ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’ is on track for massive success.
