Pune Porsche Crash Case: Bombay HC Orders Release Of Teen Accused

MUMBAI: The Bombay high court on Tuesday held the continuation of the teen accused in the Pune Porsche crash case at an observation home as illegal directing his release.

The HC directed that the teen’s custody will be handed to his paternal aunt.

We are bound by law, the aims and objectives of the Juvenile Justice Act, and must treat him as any child in conflict with law, despite the seriousness of the crime, the court observed.
